dk3 studios is a rental photo studio conveniently located in a commercial/industrial area in Mira Mesa (San Diego). Just two miles from I-805, three miles from I-5 and four miles to the I-15. The studio is located on the rim of a canyon, offering a private environment with no worries about noise abatement (we like the music LOUD, too!).

Helpful hint.  And I mean very helpful hint: Mesa Rim Road ends in a cul-de-sac.  Your GPS will think you have arrived but you won’t be there yet.  Go to the end of Mesa Rim Road and turn LEFT at the Tritech Software sign. You will drive between two buildings and we’re on the right.  Our building 9865 is not visible from the cul-de-sac but 9885 is.  For events we typically put a “STUDIO” arrow sign by the driveway as a guide.

From the North:

5 South to 805 via the Local Bypass after Carmel Valley Road.  Exit Mira Mesa Blvd/Sorrento Valley Road, turn LEFT.  Turn RIGHT on Flanders and then almost immediately RIGHT onto Mesa Rim.  If you reach a stoplight you’ve missed Mesa Rim Road. Then see very helpful hint above.

From the South

5 North to Sorrento Valley Road exit.  Zig zag to cross the railroad tracks and turn right onto Sorrento Valley Road  which becomes Mira Mesa Blvd.   Turn RIGHT on Flanders and then almost immediately RIGHT onto Mesa Rim.  If you reach a stoplight you’ve missed Mesa Rim Road.
